I am especially impressed with two dishes the bifteki and horta. The bifteki surprises after cutting into it with melted cheese oozing out. It is not in the typical meatball shape/size either. It is more like a large patty. The horta is cooked perfectly and dressed simply. Fried potatoes with local virgin oil and vegetables from their farm. Simple amazing! Almost all the vegetables are home grown,even the wine comes from own local produce. Everything especially the local sausage and meat are excellent. Sausage almost like wiener with pieces of fat.The food tasted like eating your grandmother's special dish.The owners are lovely and the food is great and priced very well. Stop by if you have the chance it is very close to Filanthi's Retreat In Mani's Nature only 10 minutes by car.
