BEST LOCAL FOOD - Charlie the butchers has been a staple or generations. The local dish here is "Beef on Weck". This is a juicy roast beef sandwich piled high on a kimmelweck roll which is a roll with plenty of crusty salt on top with a little caraway seeds.
