the local ‘chippy’ is actually a pretty fancy fish and chip shop indeed! Headed by two ex-Bennelong chefs (Jose Silva and Manny Paraiso) the sustainable and recently launched Fich at Petersham have a fresh and super fun menu - be sure to try the “stingray” schnitzel and Grifter on tap!
