Yukiguni is family-owned and operated. The sushi chef is a master of his craft. Don't get me wrong, I'm all for All You Can Eat (AYCE) Sushi but when it comes to quality, you can't beat Yukiguni. Their menu is a la carte, because the ingredients are higher quality than the surrounding AYCE style sushi restaurants. My friends' family owns this place, so if you run into James or Ayako, tell them you're Alex's guests - You'll even get an additional 15% off. :-o :-D
