Balon is the most big (in Europa) and famous flea market of Turin which takes place each Saturday. The second Sunday of the month there is the Big Balon, which deserves a visit. You can walk and look at stands of vintage stuffs such as dresses, photos or furnitures and so on.

Italy’s biggest and best flea markets. Really big, really good stuff to buy there, from expensive antique furniture to clothes to old records …you name it. This is a must go when you visit Turin, you will not regret it. The atmosphere there is dense, the buildings surrounding the market are very charming and people are just great!

In Piazza della Repubblica there is the biggest open-air market Europe has to offer. Popular with locals and tourists alike, it is at the heart of traditional and ethnic Turin. Away from Piazza della Repubblica, and down towards Borgo Dora, you come across Il Balon, a weekly antiques and second-hand market which weaves its way through the cobbled streets and down towards the river Dora. Perdersi tra i banchi di questo mercatino é davvero un esperienza da fare...difficile resistere all acquisto di qualche oggetto ....e anche per pochi euro....

E' lo storico mercato dell'antiquariato, del vintage e del collezionismo della città di Torino, ogni sabato . Oltre 300 banchi, 50 negozi, bar e ristoranti storici ogni seconda domenica danno vita al Gran Balon, da 30 anni mercato dell'antiquariato e vintage della Città di Torino. Si espande tra le vie Lanino, Mameli, Canale Carpanini, Cortile del maglio, Borgo Dora : antiquari, rigattieri, collezionisti e artigiani espongono con cura le loro merci, mobili, ceramiche, libri, abbigliamento, vintage, prodotti di artigianato. All'interno del Cortile del Maglio manufatti e prodotti in materiale cartaceo si fondono col vintage e creano particolari ed interessanti esposizioni che attirano un pubblico di appassionati. Assolutamente imperdibile!!
