Nice park on Truckee River, there is an area to swim and one can also put in the tubes. Great views!

Local park great for floating down the Truckee river or sitting on the beach. Less busy than the river downtown

Begin your self guided float at this park. (Pick up inner tubes at Harbor Freight in Reno - 3800 Kietzke Ln Suite 150, Reno, NV 89502.) Make sure you have a water proof container for your phone so you can Uber or Lyft back to the park once you exit at Winfield Park. Tie a cooler to your tube. This stretch takes 2 - 3 hours to float and is relatively calm.

This is a beautiful park, with a fantastic trail that neighbor is the Truckee River. If you have kids or dogs, you need to go here.
