It's in the heart of the ghetto, but still the neighbourhood is not unsafe. It's the closest local post office.

Not sure why it is saying post office, but there is a grocery store, bakery, deli, post office, bank, liquor store, fruit and vegetable market, library, dollar store, plus restaurants and other services. One stop shopping.
