If you don't want to drive from Rome or Florence, you can travel by train to Chiusi (train stop Chiusi-Chianciano) and hire a car directly in one of the car rentals next to Chiusi railway station.

This place is very convenient as they can pick you up and drop you at the Railway station while arriving either from Rome or Florence. Located only 300 meters from the Railway station and a 15 mins drive from Villa Vigneto.
