This is a delightfully authentic beach, with 3 typically Spanish bar/restaurants. One is located in the hostel, La Maruja. You can stroll along the beach to the neighbouring town of La Marina. We particulaly enjoy the late evenings and often take a picnic with us.

Playa del Pinet is one of the nearest beaches adjoining blue-flag La Marina Beach with unspoiled 7 miles of glorious golden sand and safe swimming as long as you are sensible and take notice of the warning flags and the lifeguards. Rows of traditional fishermen cottages bring you back to nostalgic old days. There are some Mediterranean restaurants serving excellent traditional food plus entertainment on some nights. Lots of free parking space. In short, great looking beach filled with people enjoying the sun, sand and sea.

This beach is very clean, the sea water is clear and there a few restaurants. Well worth a visit if you have a car.
