This is a great restaurant right downtown Castle Rock. The inside has great ambience and there is lovely outside seating as well. The pizzas and risotto are specialties!

Great drinks, good menu. They have Sunday brunch with mimosas or bacon bloody mary's that are awesome!

This is another Italian restaurant with good food - we always enjoy their salmon risotto. If you're in a hurry though, just keep in mind that the service tends to be a bit slower here.
