Hiking trail to a waterfall, and if you do not want to start the hike from the park, you can access the trail from the north end of Saddle road (less than a 5 minute walk).

What we love best about the Van Sickle trail is that we can walk out the front door and in 1/2 mile we're at the trail head. No need to worry about parking. We've hiked to the waterfall (& beyond) or we've just hiked the Cal/Neva trail. Both are fun. And when you get back, you can grab a bite to eat at the Heavenly Village.
