Close to the Scheepvaart (maritime) museum, little shop where some of the best restaurants order their smoked fish (or meats). Not many chairs but worth trying the fish platter with a glass of white.

Best smoked everything; from eal, salmon, beef but also smoked tofu or buffalo cheese... Go there and endulge!

The best local smokehouse in Amsterdam. They sell everything from smoke butter to smoked sausage and smoked salmon.
