I obtain take out from this establishment often, and the hosts are always very kind. The menu offers Mediterranean fare, with some Greek inspired side dishes, such as lemon potatoes, grilled vegetables, and some dishes with feta cheese. There are some vegetarian dishes, a large serving of nachos, and wraps. While I have not had the potatoes or other dishes, I do enjoy the Haddock wrap plain to go, as well as the beet salad.

Flavor downtown is a cute modern bistro. They offer a delicious all-day breakfast, with great breakfast wraps and sandwiches as well as your typical breakfast items. They also have a great day-time menu including soup & chowder, Sandwiches, salads, and entrees such as sun-dried tomato stuffed chicken breast and panko crusted haddock. Some personal favourite items on their menu include: Maple Spinach Salad, roast chicken apricot and almond wrap, and the sun-dried tomato cheese tortellini.

Located downtown Sydney,Flavor restaurant is one of the busiest, sought after restaurants on the island. You are certain to love their daily fresh fish specials. Anything off the menu is a good choice
