Renovated in 2014, this regional airport is serviced by American Eagle, and several charter aircraft providers. In 2003, this airport hosted the massive search and rescue operation for the Space Shuttle Columbia. It is also home to the prestigious Letourneau University School of Aviation. It's unusually long runway (10k feet) is used for training by the Air Force's B-52 squadron based in Shreveport.
