This place is great for kids and getting out and enjoying great weather. There are big toys, a musical play set, & swings. There are several baseball fields. There are picnic areas, tennis court, volleyball court and public restrooms. In the winter there is a ice arena. . It is also home to the Tautphaus park zoo.

Tautphaus Park has a lot to offer. There are multiple play structures throughout the park as well as a Zoo, tennis courts, a skate park, picnic tables and many open grassy areas.

Tautphaus Park is a huge park in the center of the city. It is connected to the zoo, and home to many activities throughout the year. You will find fairs, car shows, community classes, and even a winter ice skating and cross country skiing trails. There are lots of play equipment for kids here. There are also dozens (literally dozens) of small parks scattered throughout Idaho Falls. It’s easy to find some green grass and shade around here.

Plenty of space to stretch out and play. Multiple playgrounds, including: a skate park, softball fields, and handy cap accessible playground.
