Oyster Bar with a decent happy hour. Don't be alarmed by the B rating - its because they haven't yet installed a ventilator, making the upstairs smell like burgers.

Right across the street. A great option for a reasonable meal and drink. Oysters on the half shell, baby back sliders, good burgers.
