Great for a beer or hiking or white water rafting. They have live music sometimes too!

So much outdoor activities for all ages! This is also the US Olympic Team's training course for white water rafting. They do have a nice restaurant & gift shop onsite. Parking is $5.00/car. There is no charge to walk around the facility, watch activities or ride bikes.

We love this place even if you do not want to participate in activities. IN the warmer months they have live music on Thursdays and Saturdays.

If you are visiting Charlotte going to the White Water Center is a definite must. Parking is $5 for the day. You can hike the trails or walk around the center to view the activities. If you choose to do the activities such as trail biking, zip lining, white water rafting, kayaking, paddle boarding, etc. then it will cost an additional amount. Suggest to go early in the morning so that you can do as many activities as you like.
