Once you have entered Hammam Bleu, your journey begins in the tepidarium, a magical, cosy corner where body and mind come together in the sweet warmth of the room, so that tension melts away and you are ready for the temperature of the next room. This is the hot, humid calidarium, the heart of the journey, where steam warms and embraces the body, allowing it to free itself of impurities, toxins and stress.
