You can rent a Fatbike and ride on the beach OR sign up for one of their wine tours. The wine tours are really great as you ride through some nature reserve areas to a couple of selected wine farms, do wine tasting and get some lunch. Very easy going as it is an eBike mountain bike so anyone can do it!

Go Bikes is a newer shop and they had all the gear and enthusiasm needed to hook you up with any adventure. Dean and Zunette are experienced bikers and will give you all sorts of options .
