Gardiner, Montana is a gateway community at the North Entrance of Yellowstone National Park. A lovely scenic drive on US-89 along the Yellowstone River, just 43 minutes (41.0 miles) from the Norsk Cabin. Gardiner has a grocery store, gas stations, and gift shopping. It also offers white water rafting, horseback riding, skiing, and fishing guide services. The area has several hiking trails as well as camping in the nearby Forest Service lands. The Gardiner District Forest Service Office is located on US-89 south of town.
