I have this cheese affair... I just love cheese. This is a great store for French, Italian, Swiss cheese and more. There are a few other stores that are nice. I'll always buy my Dutch cheese at; 't kaas winkeltje ( same street, number 56). And you have Tromp. Nice cheese assortment but expensive.

This beautiful cheese and wine shop is famous beyond Haarlem’s borders and much-loved even by restaurateurs for its excellent selection of amazing cheeses and other delicacies. It’s also a great place to go when looking for a gift – expect detailed advice (and great gift-wrapping skills) from one of the passionate proprietors.
