I recommend this place located at Fortaleza 56 and Cristo in Old San Juan because besides being a beautiful building , it houses a significant number of popula culture memorabilia. They dedicate the most of their limited resources to help new artists produce their projects and assist to start up their careers. The environment is good, fluid and very often can see rehersals in place for shows that the Foundation produces at affordable prices to provide a platform to starters.
