Much more than the corner store with wine and essentials, Dave's has been part of the neighborhood for more than 30 years. Best homemade tuna sandwich on soft roll, my comfort food. Then, for quick takeout, you can order homemade hummus, tabouleh, and other Middle Eastern fare. Trust me on this one.

Closest liquor store & has ATM. NIce guys. Fresh Middle eastern food at small deli counter.

Another short stroll, this time for cold beer, assorted spirits, ice cream, candy bars, flowers, the New York Times, a small deli selection. There is a mail box on the corner, 2 ATMs inside & outside.
