The Refuge Golf Course re-opened spring of 2021. This 18-hole golf course was redesigned by Nathan Crace, ASGCA of Watermark Golf. Since the renovation, the course has quickly gained acclaim as one of the top public golf courses in the state and was named Renovation of The Year - Runner-up by Golf Inc Magazine. The renovated course provides a more playable layout with three new holes and returning nines. It also includes new TifEagle hybrid bermudagrass greens, new and renovated bunkers, and upgrades to the course’s irrigation. The course is proudly managed by Troon."

Great public golf course. Sheraton resort is attached providing a pool day for the family as well.
