Fresh Chef Kitchen is open for lunch and dinner, as well as taking orders by phone for diners who want to pick something up while on the go. The menu has salads, fresh wraps, sandwiches, pasta, and lunch and dinner entrees. The salads ($12-$15) are a full meal, topped with a grilled meat such as Hawaiian or blackened chicken, beef tenderloin, teriyaki beef, salmon or herb shrimp. You’ll find the same ingredients at the center of the wraps menu ($10-$13) and they can be added to Pasta Alfredo. The past menu includes Cajun pasta ($14 with blackened chicken, $16 with blackened shrimp). Sandwiches include the Hawaiian chicken or burgers. And all those grilled specialties can be lunch ($13-$18).
