You'll find a healthy dose of local icons: the Port of Oakland cranes, the city's tree logo, Lake Merritt, the sugar skull. Other Bay Area hoods have a designated rack near a selection of Levi's and locally made goods to round out their selection. Great spot for grabbing local Oakland gear and knick-knacks. These aren't souvenir-type shops, but have an awesome atmosphere and tons of cool stuff to remember your trip by!
