Generally not open to the wider audience but if you have friends there or a special reason you may get in anyhow. This is an old art academy, and it is worth coming even if it's just for the building and what you can see from the outside. Plenty of galleries, shops selling art books and so on around as well. Also, on a somewhat regular basis there are events and viewings so you can get in to see the art that the students are working on - check the website to find out more.
