Bijou Restaurant and Wine Bar is the fine dining experience of Rathgar. It’s décor is inspired by the bistros of Paris. It has a great French-Irish evening a la carte menu. They also do an early bird, mid week lunch, weekend brunch, Saturday lunch, Sunday lunch, Kid’s menu and Something Sweet. There is a great, heated outdoor terrace on the first floor where you can enjoy an aperitif, cocktail or dessert and coffee. Bijou Deli serves some of the best takeaway coffee, breads, pastries and salads in Rathgar. It’s open from 7am every morning and staff are very efficient. There are no seats inside but there are some outside, under cover with heaters, if necessary.
