Boudreaux's is our local cajun restaurant. They have their own vidalia onion dressing that is to die for. They also use it as a steak marinade. YUM!

I love this cajun food, there is also enough on the menu to satisfy me on a night when I don't want cajun. The chicken fried chicken is something people rave about but the smothered pork chops are one of my favs.
