Essaouira is small town 2 h drive south from Marrakech. Region is famous for Argain trees and goats which climb them to eat argain nuts - only in Morocco! Great town to spend few days and fill yourself with fresh seafood, try kitesurfing or surfing, discover sand dunes on quads or watch the sun go down in beautiful beaches. Camel or horse ride are very popular in this area. Beautiful medina where you can buy authentic handmade carpets and silver.

They call it the "City of the wind". Situated on the Atlantic coast, is worth the visit. Spend at least one night there.

Essaouira is a port city and resort on Morocco’s Atlantic coast. Its medina (old town) is protected by 18th-century seafront ramparts called the Skala de la Kasbah, which were designed by European engineers. Old brass cannons line the walls, and there are ocean views. Strong "Alizée" trade winds make the city’s crescent beach popular for surfing, windsurfing and kitesurfing. The city is also a popular film location having been featured in Game of Thrones, John Wick 4 and Wheel of Time, just to name a few.
