This is a tiny, funky, old-timey ice cream place just down the street. You are literally one minute away from your next cone! Sea Dips doesn´t have a website so please check in person if they are open for the season ... In the summer, they are usually open from 1 through 9pm (10pm on Friday) on weekdays, and from 11am on weekends. 4 Cottage Street.
