They call it the sustainable Narnia. Lovely little gem away from the lively inner city. Nature, organic food, beer, nature wine, music, events. Great for children and adults and I really recommend.

Organic shops, streetfood & restaurant in old wooden train depots in a former industrial area behind the train tracks. Nice place for drinks and snacks in summer - a hidden green oasis in the middle of Copenhagen.

BaneGaarden spans 15,000 sqm of wild nature in between railroad tracks. Kind of secluded in the middle of the city. There’s a courtyard located between nine wooden barns from 1909 and at each end lies the two green wild gardens with bees, chickens and wild blackberry scrub. In the courtyard you find cafées and restaurants with organic food and sometimes events and live music. This is a hidden gem!

In the middle of Copenhagen, on DSB's railway terrain, lies a piece of ‘undiscovered’ land with wild nature, blackberry bushes, shrubs and old trees. A green world filled with sensuality and magic.
