LOVELY OLD FORT, BUILT ON THE ROCKS AT THE MOUTH OF THE RIVER, IT HAS MUSIC CONCERT'S ON AND IS A MUSEUM. BUILT AS A DEFENSE TO PROTECT LIVERPOOL BAY AND WIRRAL.
