Shave ice is not a snow cone. It is supposed to be flaky, creamy, light and retain flavor instead of hard, crunchy ice as snow cones tend to be. Ohana's Shaved Ice captures true art and craftsmanship that fulfills one's expectations of a truly high standard. I have no words further than I am pleasantly surprised.
