there are several boat tours. I'd go with one of the Hungarian tours. They're not as fancy, but they're cheaper and you will see the same sights - I like to support the Hungarians

The Danube boat service of BKV is part of the public transport network and enables you to admire the beauties of Budapest on a route that is part of the UNESCO World Heritage. The boats are available free of extra charge on working days if you are a BKK pass holder.
