The local market opened saturdays and Sunday in the morning and wednesday in the afternoon. Fresh vegetables and local fruits, as the best canarian bananas - platanos.

Local Farmer's market every Saturday & Sunday. Get there early for the best fruit & veg at very reasonable prices! Tenerife has very rich volcanic soils and higher up the on the Island there is plenty of moisture and excellent growing conditions; some of the best fruit & veg grow here!

Adeje's popular fruit market is a great place to buy all the fresh fruit and vegetables you need at a great price. It is opened on Wednesdays from 3pm-7pm, and on Saturday and Sunday from 8am- 1.30pm

Arrive early to get the best selection of fresh fruits, vegetables, wines and homemade goodies from local farmers. There are usually a few organic stalls too. The market is roughly a 15 minute drive from Taucho. Nearby is a Lidl and Mercadona supermarket for other groceries.
