Great breakfast place in Old Town Fort Collins, in operation for 100 years or so. Try the fresh OJ, pancakes or hotcakes (there is a difference apparently) or the trout and eggs. There is usually a wait, but there's a nice patio out back with heaters and coffee to enjoy while waiting.

Wonderful, from scratch food, including freshly made cinnamon rolls and freshly squeezed orange juice. Great breakfast/lunch place
