Easy to walk to modern convenience store with lots of locally-made goods. Great spot to grab some beer, wine and chips and queso!

This is a convenience store that stocks a ton of local and diet-friendly snacks (gluten-free, vegan, etc), as well as amazing craft beers, wine, and some prepared foods. You can pick up all you would need for a nice picnic here, and you just walk right across the street for it! :)

Right across the street - prices are steep, but it's great if you need to just pick up a few essentials! In the morning there are grab-and-go breakfast tacos.
