Sip has coffee, tea, juice, and delicious baked goods as well as some great sandwiches and wraps for breakfast/lunch. Our favorite is the avocado egg white on a English muffin.

It's name has been changed to SIP... It has more of a small business feel to it. Good coffee and pastries.
