This is almost as good as Zimmerhanzel's Bar B Que in Smithville, TX - Oh Yeah baby! Firehole BBQ offers some of the best BBQ IN WEST YELLOWSTONE! Their meat is delivered fresh daily and never frozen, and you can tell the difference!

This BBQ place can cook! I know by first hand experience! They are dear friends and once lived next door to us before they made it up to Yellowstone and opened their first restaurant in Rigby Idaho. Their talent for BBQ is truly a gift!! You have to try it to believe it!

You walk through a line to order your food, and then you can sit and eat. We took our food to go. Ribs and Turkey. We tried all 4 sides (Mac and Cheese, Corn Salad, Cold Slaw, Beans). I recommend the Mac and Cheese and Corn Salad.
