Open June 30 - Labor Day - Peak 8 is your go-to for on-mountain fun. At Epic Discovery Base Camp, try your hand at mini golf, bungee trampolines, or get a thrill on the Gold Runner Coaster. From Base Camp, you can take it up to more than 11,000 feet above-sea-level with a scenic ride on the Colorado SuperChair to Alpine Camp and scale multiple routes on the Gold Summit Climbing Wall or test your balance and maneuver the obstacles of the Alpineer Challenge Course, all with stunning views of the surrounding Rocky Mountains.

Enjoy the thrills of journeying through and around the forest on our Gold Runner Coaster and Alpine Slides. Then soar up the Colorado Super Chair for a bird’s eye view of three of Colorado’s famous 14ers. Arriving at the top you’ll reach Alpine Camp, home to interpretive hiking trails and the environmentally-inspired Alpineer Challenge Course. And not-to-be-missed is the new Expedition Zipline Tour, located at the Independence Outpost, featuring adventure high above the forest floor along ziplines and a bridge walk.
