Invernadero to me is “the bar outside the National Library”. This bar is fortunate to be sorrounded by amazing architecture. You can have a walk to contemplate the area, get inside the Library and then have a drink :)

Great Bar / Restaurant specialized in Gin Tonics, to go during the day or at night. It’s located next to the emblematic Buenos Aires’ Library. It has a very nice sitting outside in a private garden. It is quite popular, so make reservations in advance !
