A long-standing neighborhood staple, Horace & Dickie’s is an H Street original, serving some of the city’s best soul food. The take-out-only joint offers delicious fried chicken and other seafood, but you haven’t fully embraced DC until you’ve gotten a container of the restaurant’s signature fried fish. As seen on HGTV Man VS Food this place is a hole in the wall BUT THE FOOD SPEAKS FOR ITSELF. The staff is very comical and outgoing. A true DC treat. You will def enjoy :)
