Not to be mistaken with the hotel bar next door (do not go there), Cafe Schiller has been around for many years and is favoured by locals - which is a real accomplishment given Rembrandtplein's many tourist traps.

More than a century old this Art Nouveau bar has been a gathering place for the art scene. The atmosphere is in Art Nouveau style and on the walls there are paintings from the artist Schiller. Great for a good glas of wine or just a coffee.
