Jensen’s is a fantastic distillery that welcomes the public on the weekend into a little on-site bar. Located under some railway arches, Jensen’s is not the biggest cocktail bar; it’s more a place for sampling, but it’s cool because you can see the gin actually being made in the huge vats in the background. The distillery is close to Maltby Street, too, a stretch known for its amazing food and drink. They do a really great drink called an Old Tom and Rosemary. It’s literally just that—gin, rosemary, and lots of ice. It’s simple but really good.
