Have you ever wanted to go to a Speakeasy? This is pretty much what it would've been like. Once you figure out how to get in (it's subterranean, look for the white globe lamp outside with Denson on it), you will find something that screams Great Gatsby. One of many underground bars in the area, but the best. Dress nicely.

It's still a bit of a secret. Head down the stairs by the pizza place. Very Gatsby vibe.

This bar is a gem hidden downstair on F street. If you like cocktails and want to sit quietly at the bar in an easy going, speak easy type of schene, it is a good place
