A short 10 minute drive or bus ride from the Mill Bay Cottage. Commuter ferry to and from Mill Bay and Brentwood Bay. Great day trip or easy way to get to The Buchart Gardens and other scenic spots in Brentwood and Sidney.

This ferry terminal is all and the ferry only takes about 20 cars and runs from 8am- 6 or 6:30 It is VERY busy in the summer and NO reservations, if there is a wait, the wait time is as long as it takes to drive to Brentwood 40-50 minutes.

You can take this ferry to Brentwood Bay where the Buchart Garden's and Butterfly Gardens are. Beautiful scenic 25 minute boat ride.
