Although it's not on the menu, sources tell me you can get vegan pizza and pasta at PIE by subbing for non-dairy cheese. A few of their appetizers can likely be made vegan too if you're looking to round out your meal. This place is not directly in Blue Mountain like many others on the list so you might need a car depending on where you're staying.
