Called locally as church in the sea that you can walk out to when the tide is low. Great headland walk, we love to go at sunset and sometimes see seals in the cove just along by the old winch.

The island can be reached on foot at low tide. It is notable for the 13th-century Church in Wales church of St Cwyfan, called in Welsh: eglwys bach y môr ("the little church in the sea") or simply Cwyfan.
