Can Topa is within easy walking distance of Deia, an exquisite village famous for its age-old architecture and sublime sea views—which captivated the English expatriate poet Robert Graves. Traditional bars and cafés are nestled amid high-end destinations including La Residencia hotel. The beach of Cala de Deia is about three kilometers away, reachable by car or a walk through the countryside. Palma is thirty kilometers due south.

This stunning home on Mallorca gazes out on panoramic views of Deia village and the Tramuntana mountains, minutes from the island's northwest coast. A traditional home with beautiful stone facades, the villa has been superbly restored and renovated into an ideal vacation rental for a family or group of friends. Ample outdoor living areas include an infinity swimming pool and alfresco dining, while the comfortable interiors balance rustic naturalism with high-end amenities, including excellent media features and a gourmet kitchen. Each of the four bedrooms features air conditioning, a double-size bed, and an ensuite bathroom, accommodating up to eight guests.

The villa's terrace and balconies inspire dreamy days and evenings in the open air. Bask in the Mediterranean sunlight on lounge chairs and plunge into the refreshing pool overlooking the sweeping panorama. Sip coffee on the balcony in the morning light, or Herbs de Mallorca (a traditional liqueur in the Balearic Islands) during the sublime sunset hour. Dine alfresco at the farm-style table in the lovely pavilion, and linger outside at night with glasses of Spanish wine.

Inside, fresh white surfaces offset the rich wood beams and window frames, glowing with abundant natural light. A wood-burning fireplace warms the living room, while plentiful windows and doors breathe the fresh air. The lovely curved forms of the archways and banquette sofas feel at once timeless and stylishly modern.
